2GB RAM DDR2 800MHZ

AMD Radeon HD 6450 2048MB

Atualmente eu estou usando o Sierra (ele está funcionando perfeitamente), tentei instalar o High Sierra e o Mojave mas não tive sucesso (ambos davam Unsupported CPU/PCH no verbose e reiniciavam logo depois). Então queria saber se a minha configuração só funciona até o Sierra ou se suporta versões mais atuais como o High Sierra e o Mojave. Desde já agradeço a atenção xD
