Can't intall macOS Monterey

Hello,

i have a problem that i cant install macOS Monterey, everytime i want to boot into install macos monterey from usb stick its always loop and didnt want to in macOS Recovery, any help please?

i've tried this and succes on installing catalina and big sur, but not for monterey its always loop like in the video
