mhys33 Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 Trying to get this working on the hack book but I'm somewhat stuck at this stage. HDMI audio works in two conditions - unplugging and replugging after boot or I have to use fakepciid.kext and fakepciidinjectHDMIaudio.kext (both kexts cause crash freeze on Monterey). How do I go about setting up the EFI perfectly to get this working? Any advice is appreciated. Attaching two screenshots as well (first one with one connector is audio not detected and second one is audio detected with Kabylake HDMI). How do I make this Kabylake HDMI permanent? config.plist also attached. screens.zip

I'm not sure what might be missing. Could you look at the plist and see if I missed anything?

One fix I found for HDMI but it was for UHD 630 was adding the CNUnknownFlag_100 for framebuffer-conx-flags but I have no idea which value goes where.
