Ajuda para instalar big Sur Dell 3421

Olá, estou tentando instalar o big Sur e fazer o hackintosh em meu Dell mas sem sucesso. 

 

Fiz todo o procedimento do tutorial e ao iniciar o pen drive na máquina, a mesma fica com uma fala preta e um " - " sem prosseguir para dar início.  Peguei o efei Ivy Bridge notebook como disponibilizado aqui para usar.

 

Agradeço desde já pela boa vontade e disponibilidade em me ajudar.
