Help DSDT for Dell Vostro 3350 to Use PCI-e AMD ATI GPU

I Have Dell Vostro 3350 with Mountain Lion 10.8.3 updated from iAtkos ML2. This Laptop Has two GPU one is integrated Intel HD3000 and the PCI-e AMD ATI HD 6490M. The Active GPU is Intel One. I wish I Could Use AMD ATI HD6490 with the PCI-e. I think It's Better using the lci-e then the integrated one.

Is It Possible using DSDT to activate the AMD ATI HD 6490 ? Can Someone Here Help Me ?
