Hello!
I have Huawei laptop with intel core i5-10210U (comet lake). I was able to successfully install macos Ventura from USB stick, but now when I am running "macOS installer" option that appeared after reboot in opencore Installation reboots on apple logo and progress bar (around 8-10%). I've enabled debug args (-v -debug=0x100 keepsyms=1) but it still shows only apple logo, but now its not rebooting but just freezes. How can I understand where the problem is?

I added it from the very beginning, so it does not help. Without this option system reboots before the apple logo

Here's my boot-args: 

-v alcid=3 watchdog=0 igfxonln=1 agdpmod=vit9696 -vi2c-force-polling -igfxblr -noDC9 igfxfw=2 igfxagdc=0 -wegnoegpu -igfxvesa

Hi, 

I followed your tutorial, thanks a lot it's really easy to understand and steps are well :)

I got a problem with video (on About this mac section) it show Intel UHD 630 7mb, idk if it's related but windows are laggy when minimizing.

I'm on comet lake (I7 10870h)

Check my config.plist file attached.

Hello, I used one of your old Olarilla images Probably 10 years ago and it was absolutely brilliant! But machine died years later. ?

I'm much tech smarter now, but I was trying to run Proxmox with passthrough etc etc blah. Taking forever.. forget that! 

Can you please help me with this array of parts? YOU CHOOSE. ?

wd,micron,samsung 1-2tb nvme ssds

intel nic cards 1g, and various storage, and others.... 

Asus b550 prime plus & 5900x

or

Gigabyte b360 hd3 & I3 8100 

Most IMPORTANT -GPU Passthrough 

msi rx 460 2gb LP/dell oem Radeon 5600 (not xt)/gt 710 zotac pcie x1/or UHD 630 From above i3-8100 

I ONLY want 1 machine, non production, simply for my daughter's use IMOVIE, and not for updates. 

I need EASY, FAST, RELIABLE PLEASE and bless you friends! 

 

 

 

UPDATE: SUCCESS VENTURA WITH GPU PASSTHROUGH    I decided to go with the b360 i3 8100 and rx 460.

 

Used your High Sierra ISO, plus Coffee Lake EFI, then was able to upgrade ALLLLLL the Way to Ventura directly from High Sierra. Man you guys ROCK! Working RX 460 Without any tweaking, just working OOB.

Literally all i did was flash an ISO and move a folder! Can it be any easier?

The only post install I've done is EFI.

Can someone tell me what other post install i should be using and which tools to do it with?

Thanks you but i'm locked with 7mb intel uhd 630 on my i7 10870h

i followed the link you send but i don't really understand :

i added device : PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) with field   AAPL,ig-platform-id / 0x3EA50009 / data

but in many tutorials i see they add different value (without 0x for hex maybe ?) there is a kind of convert to do ?

did i need to add other fields ? i'm a bit lost in the whatevergreen tutorial ..

btw i tried many things in AAPL... but without success i'm still locked with 7mb / non transparent bottom bar.

Ok i understand better now but i cannot fix my 7mb, i'm on MSI GS66 laptop with i7-10870h

On windows my Intel 630 dev id is : DEV_9BC4

I tried lot of things without success, please help me :)

After following the link i think i need to add this device : PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0)

with the properties :

AAPL,ig-platform-id / 0900A53E / DATA

but without success...

Ok i fixed it (i removed -igfxvesa from boot args) but not it's pretty slow to start is it normal ? (before it was less than 20sec, now i got a black screen for at least 2min then login page ?)

i just download efi folder opencore kabylake notebook and paste efi folder to usb disk but when im install is not loaded to installer just stopped in apple support screen? can you help me ? thank you

Pode usar a imagem Olarila e usar a tecla option pra dar o boot pelo USB
