Kernal Panic ACPI Error?

Hey guys, im getting this error when trying to install OSX to a VirtualBox machine

Here is my setup

Image = Mountain Lion 10.8

OS = Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

CPU = Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.67GHz (8 CPUs)

RAM = 6GB

GPU = ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series

VirtualBox = 4.2.6 + Extensions Pack

Hackboot ISO = Darwin/x86 boot v5.0.132 - Chameleon v2.1svn r2003

 

So all in all i mount my Mountain Lion ISO and get this error

kernal Panic "Unable to find driver for this platform: \"ACPI\

I have done lots of googling and tried different versions of hackboot, but i cannot seem to find a definitive answer, any help would be greatly appreciated.
