capitanbelico Posted November 4, 2021 Posted November 4, 2021 maybe you have to try downloading and installing from App Store , then use a EFI folder from olarilla for your chipset. in my case , I notice olarillas's EFI folder has SMBIOS set it as macPro 7,1. I use and immediately system boot.

Bartfalvy Gabor Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 This error message also appeared for me even with previous operating systems (BigSur.raw) when I wanted to start the installation from MICROSD. But it stopped when I tried to install again from an older PEN DRIVE (Kingston 16GB). I recommend to others to try booting from a pen drive. 1
Mattho Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 The same happend to me. Monterey 12.7.1 from Mediafire. After trying everything (USB2, other USB Drive etc), I've downloaded the original installer from Apple, swaped it with the installer on the Olarila USB Drive and everything worked perfect. Never forget to modify the OC config to the fitting SMBIOS... Thanx for all the work
