Cannot install Monterey due to "important content" that won't download.

Hey. I am trying to install Monterey and everything works fine until I get to the install screen. It says it needs a internet connection. I plugged in my ethernet cable and continued and after I waited I got a text saying that it is Loading Installation Information. After that it says that the Installation of macOS could not continue because the installation requires downloading some “important content” and that it cannot be downloaded at this time. I used the Olarila Vanilla Pre-Made Image of Monterey and flashed it with balenaEtcher. Is the Image outdated or am I doing something wrong?

The internet also works perfectly so that is not the issue. I opened Safari and checked if Google works and it does.

Should I try redownloading it and to try again? I downloaded the .raw file today, and I don’t understand why it gives me that error. Hackintosh installations used to always work for me so that is kinda weird. I never had anything like this happen before.

Is it the Mediafire link up to date or is the torrent one newer?
