Help - Big Sur or any in i5-10300H

Hi, I have :

i5 10300H

GTX 1650 Ti 4GB

2x 8GB 2400Mhz (Don't know the brand, will provide it later if needed)

V-GEN 256GB NVME M.2 SSD PCIe Gen 3.0 x4

Intel Wifi 6 AX201

I tried to boot into Big Sur, with OpenCore 0.7.2 and Olarila's Disk Image

However,  the installation stopped in halfway (12 minutes remaining) then it just rebooted itself.

I asked my friend, he said that it was normal to reboot in halfway installation, but the problem is, i got an error when rebooting, AND i can't boot into OpenCore anymore, it was just boot right away to the MacOS Installer partition, here i will provide the error image, also the EFI folder

I tried altering the Quirks in config.plist, but that doesn't seem to be the solution.
 

Does anyone know the solution? Note that I didn't make the EFI folder using Olarila's guide.

I was confused with Olarila's guide, I couldn't find any EFI making guide using Windows here, so I ended up with non-vanilla-way's guide to make the EFI configuration.

If there's a EFI making guide for windows, I'll happy to use it. Thank you!
