need a ddsdt patch for lenovo z570...

Hello everyone.....

I am trying to install mountain lion on my lenovo z570 laptop. I extracted my system's dsdt with AIDA64. Now I need a patch for it. I searched the patch database here, but could not find it for my model i.e. lenovo ideapad z570. It has core i3 second gen processor. I have attached a cpuid image and my original dsdt. Please help me....

Other things that I know about my system hardware:

Intel HD 3000 graphics, Nvidia GT540M with optimus, Atheros AR9285 wifi, Lite on webcam, Realtek RTL8139/810x FE adapter, Realtek ALC272 audio.
