Hi

Im complete new in dsdt patching but i think its the only way to get a full working hackintosh on my Acer 5810tg

My Laptop is based on a ICH9m Chipset and there i can't find kext for mountain lion. So i wanna fake over a dsdt a ICH10 Chipset (I read that this works on mountain lion with Basic kext, am i right?)

So i extracted my DSDT with DSDT Editor and try the patches i found here... but that don't work... ive get the same EHCI and UHCI warnings like everytime... and the kext for the SMBus are not loaded too...

So what i have to do that it work? But please explain it that a noob like understand it :P

Thx

Hello,

try using current AppleACPIPlatform, you are using 1.3.5 which is Snow Leopard version.

Why are you using pmVersion=0 kernel flag? Are you using SleepEnabler?

Yes thats the reason why i use the old appleintelACPI...kext i thought it were from 10.8.1.

i read somewhere that sleepenabler works better with the old kext. hmmm okay then i try it with a newer one.

You don't need SleepEnabler if you have power management working.

okay then....

im back :P at first thank you all for your help :)))

okay... i have installed the original kext from the install-stick and i deleted the sleepenabler.kext.

After this steps mountain lion boot again. But now voodoobattery dont work  .... and sleep dont work too....

i know that i have to use the ssdt to get a working sleep without sleepenabler. But my shitty laptop has 6 ssdt (over AIDA64).... I try it with the script in the post you linked... but then i get a 7 one... i try to merge all 6 together... (and i think it worked - no errors) but sleep will not work...

dsdt/ssdt patching is realy complicated...
