Please Help. I just can't fix the CMOS Reset issue.

Hi guys,

So I'm on ML and I've tried several workarounds all over the net but somehow I just can't fix the bios reset issue. My problem is that my OSX doesn't have the date and time problem, OSX actually has a proper date and time. The problem is it resets the date and time in my PC's bios

AND Right now I have my Hackintosh dual booting with Windows 7 (On a different drive) and every reboot from my Mac partition resets the bios date and time and it affects my Windows partition.

I've tried this guide:

I also tried replacing APPLERTC with the one from 10.7.4 from another guide. No go.
