dolesec Posted October 12, 2012 Posted October 12, 2012 extracted DSDT , applied all patches i thought were required , compiled with 0 errors / 0 warnings everything but shutdown works and while it will 'sleep' i never see the indication on the power supply that its doing so - i have to believe the sleep issue is going to fall in line with the same reason i am having trouble with shutdown this board is called a TP412 and is the stock board for the box ( Dell Precision T3400 ) it utilizes the intel x38 chipset and has the q6660 quad core CPU i see no errors whats over on boot or through the console to indicate what should be done to address the shutdown problem attaching both pre-patched and patched ( p1) DSDT's if anyone has any ideas please sound off - thanks Archive.zip
