NVMe Kernelpanic Catalina 10.15.7 (19h1323)

After the update (Catalina 10.15.7 (19:1323) nvme started crashing constantly in copy and read tasks, causing the computer to shut down. I use Kingspec 1 Tera. This is kernel panic. Using NVMeFix causes restarts, using Pike patch A. Alpha or adding pci-aspm parameters to deviceproperties makes no difference, can someone help me:
