Big Sur on Gigabyte B560M and Intel Core i9-10900KF

Hello everyone, i need help installing MacOS Big Sur on my new Mobo Gigabyte B560M with an Intel Core i9-10900KF processor and (MSI) Radeon RX 580 8GB video card.
I have tried for days to start the installer (with OC & Clover) and all the help I could read, but I have not been able to make a functional installation (that at least loads the desktop).

The furthest I got was to start the graphical installation (with a couple of reboots) using Olarila BigSur 11.4.raw. But I still haven't been able to get it to work.

if u use igpu add -igfxvesa for now

The intel F series processors do not include iGPU. I'm using a (MSI) Radeon RX580 8GB

Hi, thanks for your help. 
Definitely something is wrong with that combination of processor and mobo and also between my work and testing settings and reboot, settings and reboot, settings and reboot, settings and reboot ... I'm getting frustrated

I'm going to change the mobo for a GIGABYTE Z490M Gaming X. I hope to have better luck.

any recommendation for that model?

In my current setup (Z170i + Core i5-6600) I use since "always" Clover, because it worked much better than OpenCore. What do you think about Clover for new setups?
