Hi

First I want to say THANKS for your great work!

I used your AppleHDA kext but it doesn't seem to be working good!

when I try to increase or decrease or mute the sound the light of Mute button gets orange (In Windows when the light is orange it's mute)!

I'm on ML 10.8.2 and my Codec ID is IDT 92HD81B1X5.

Is there any solution for that???

This one didn't work either!

I installed the kext and replaced the DSDT and then restart,when OS X loaded the audio icon on the menu bar was disappeared and still no sound!

My laptop is HP Pavilion dv6-6050se,and I use chimera 1.11.1 boot loader (for your information).

I attached my codec_dump.txt extracted from linux (just in case!)

With this kext I only have Internal Speaker and Mute button light problem when increasing or decreasing volume is solved and its better than nothing!

But I still have to get Internal & External Microphone + External Speaker to work,if you could help about that too it would be great!

No External Speaker

No Internal/External Microphones

Mirone, having used your kext for a few days now, using skype and such I can say again you've made my Mountain Lion experience very enjoyable... I asked about mic quality chatting to someone on skype and they said it was perfect. Everything is working perfectly fine. Thanks again for the very nice work!

Dude,I installed the kext,with this one I lost audio completely!

My audio card is not being recognized by the OS anymore,I don't know whats the problem,I really appreciate your help.

I am having the same problem as @rock prince. I get audio via line out but not through internal speakers. I have no idea if my mic is working, but hte line in system prefs shows its sensitivity moving up and down like as if it is...must be working.

However, from the kext I used, it seems that the int speaker node iver there was 13 and the int speaker node as far as I am concerned is 15. So I need to change it. HAve been reading a lot about this..... if you can guide me, I may be able to even fix this myself. However, I am having trouble understanding what to edit in the layout12.xml and platform.xml file.

My dsdt is properly edited.... I will attach it here so you can have a look at it

am also attaching my verbs and codecgraph if you need it. Please help me to help myself. Maybe if I can understand this, I may be able to help some others here on the forum solve their problem too.

Edit: I tried the files, but I lost all audio. However, I would like to let you know that the kext I included in the zip does not contain my Pinconfig verbs. I tried injecting in both the original verbs as well as the modified verbs from verbit but nothing helped. I think it has something to do with the node placement. Thanks for your help. I hope we can sovle this.

Btw, I am on mountain lion 10.8.2 using lapic kernel without any problem.

não funcionou. dá 4 sounds assertions. to quase desistindo, já tentei fazer ela aqui, no meu outro note fiz da mesma forma e funcionou, e nesse, por causa dessas variações do mesmo codec nos modelos, não funciona.
