I have an IDT 92HD81B1X5 fully functional using the Pandora.app created by Micky1979..The only issue I have is the mute button turns orange. If you can guide me how to fix this I would appreciate it.

UPDATE: I have fixed the issue myself editing the layout12.xml.zlib. I now have a IDT 92HD81B1X5 fully functional on OS X Mavericks 10.9 GM

check has no HDAEnabler or AppleHDADisabler

installed.

repair permissions and rebuild caches using Kextwizard.

then turn off the notebook for 45 seconds and reconnect.

no luck yet , still not working

previous kext which i downloaded from osx86.net and you gave me the edited DSDT.aml , it recognizes the card but there is no sound at all ....

i am talking about this KEXT if that helps .. i guess you have my dumps now .. so it might work .... as this kext and the DSDT you gave me which was edited gives no sound but the card is recognized

First of all thanks for your efforts,

I'm using your patched AppleHDA for ADI1988b and works well.I wanted to point out an inconsistency. In the attached readme file is written to change the Layout to 1 in the dsdt but in the example is Layout 4 and this is what works.

voce acha possivel compilar uma apple.hda para uma placa que nao seja dessas comuns? ou mesmo voodoo sera que funciona?

Vou trocar a minha placa mae porque estou tendo uns problemas com ela por uma da EVGA, porem essa esta com problemas de audio, nao sei seria um problema logico ou defeito no chip, o som nao aparece embora ele esteja constando como onboard e apareca no system info...

entao vou colocar uma placa offboard que ja tenho provavelmente ... ela tem chipset via 7.1

o que voce acha?
