you should create and new image..seems your image didn't finish downloading completely or it's corrupted.

How do I do that? I'm flashing the prefabricated image on another USB in case the problem is on the other USB

Are the DSDT files from Clover compatible with OpenCore?

Hey.
I'm also trying to get this to work on BigSur, but I don't seem to be able to, even following the guide. I have the exact same variant and hardware configuration as you. Would you mind terribly sharing both your install EFI folder and your final EFI folder? I would be very grateful.

Also, congratulations on your work.

First of all, sorry for the late reply.

Ok this is my install EFI and my final EFI.

Install EFI: https://easyupload.io/8mngqy

Final EFI: https://easyupload.io/1lj9bf

For Wi-Fi you need to use Heliport app and for fix the trackpad gestures just set it to the basic mode in the BIOS settings I don't know why but the gestures work perfecly.

PS: I used the EFI folder from the Olarila downloads section, is the Opencore EFI for 100 and 200 notebooks.

PSS: I used a lot of kexts and drivers I don't know if there are things that aren't necessary

Greetings.

First of all, I would like to thank you for this.

Second of all, my apologies, because I haven't been around for a while to check messages.

Third of all, I might have some great news for you.

Using trial and error and another source, I was able to get my EFI folder just right under Big Sur.

Even with the touchpad set to advanced and also not needing Heliport.

If you want, I can share it with you.

Only issue I seem to find is that, once the Hackintosh goes to sleep, it takes a while before it picks up on Wifi and Bluetooth again (this doesn't happen all the time, it's very random).

Have you made the WiFi work without Heliport?
I've been trying for weeks and haven't gotten it to work, could you please share your EFI folder?

PS: Sorry if my English is not well understood, I am Spanish.

I did. I used this repo (https://github.com/nerdynikhil/Acer-Nitro-5-AN515-52-593F-OpenCore-Hackintosh/tree/main/EFI) as base and then changed a few things on the config.plist.
Namely:
SecureBootModel to Disabled

Vault to Optional

I changed a few more things to my liking and updated a few kexts (not all, because some will break it), but these were minor tweaks and you should go from here. If it boots, I can share what else I did / updated with you.

No worries regarding your English, I'm Portuguese. Soy tu hermano.

The changes I did were to make it work with Big Sur.

Also, after you're done installing, you should disable both Gatekeeper and SIP, which is something I did.

I can tell you how, if you are able to boot with Wifi without Heliport.

I just reinstalled it again and it's working perfectly.
