Boa noite, tenho uma duvida sobre qual seria a melhor versão pra minha maquina e se existe a possibilidade de instalar o Mojave, Catalina ou até mesmo Big Sur

Minha configuração é essa:
Mobo Asus P8H61-M LE/BR
Processador Intel i3-3250 3.50Ghz Ivy Bridge
Memoria RAM Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1x8Gb 1600Mhz X.P.G.
GPU Gigabyte AMD R9 280 3Gb Windforce

e um adaptador usb wi-fi generico 802.11n 2.0

Alguma sugestão? Sou novo na comunidade e nunca fiz um hackintosh na vida.
