Hi, I am a complete noob. I deleted some kexts from /L/E and now my laptop cannot boot into MacOS. I try to copy back the kexts using terminal in recovery mode but it not working at all. I tried:

mount -rw

cp -a /Volume/my-mac/User/username/Desktop/SomeKexts.kext  /Volume/my-mac/Library/Extentions

And when I check with ls command, I cannot see the kexts copied in /L/E.

Is there anything else I should do? Or which command should I type to fix the read write permissions of /L/E folder?

Thanks a lot!
