Is it possible to have airdrop with ethernet without wifi?

I have a bluetooth dongle and connection via ethernet but I don't have wifi.

Is it possible to make the airdrop work like this?

I've tried this:
defaults write com.apple.NetworkBrowser BrowseAllInterfaces 1
killall Finder

I have the error "The operation can’t be completed because the item can’t be found." when trying to open the airdrop.

Any suggestion?

I have a bluetooth 2.0

Product ID: 0x0001
Vendor ID: 0x0a12 (Cambridge Silicon Radio Ltd.)
Version: 19.58
Speed: Up to 12 Mb / s
Location ID: 0x14110000 / 31
Current Available (mA): 500
Current Required (mA): 0
Extra Operating Current (mA): 0

It was enough to connect it to BigSur and it was recognized, I can connect the mouse to it, but if I connect the headset, it cuts off the audio.

It also appears in my Bluetooth section of the Mac OS, yet I still get the error "The operation can’t be completed because the item can’t be found." having to open Aidrop.

I imagine it’s because of Bluetooth 2.0,, any suggestions for how I can investigate?
