X299 Mobo with unsupported NVRAM

Hello everyone
It's known that "big sur" installation is not possible without NVRAM
Unfortunately I have never managed (even with Opencore guide) to get NVRAM work.
Here is my SSDT  and my ACPI folder
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks in advance

Here what happen
I boot on the USB installer
verbose ends

I format the SSD (APFS)
I launch the installation on the formatted SSD
A reboot take place around "12 min remaining" - Not a good sign isn't it ?
I boot on "MacOS Installer" from Opencore GUI
verbose ends
The progress bar appears

The display resolution change
2 seconds after it reboots (with verbose) - it's an infinite loop

Thanks in advance
