Unable to mount system as RW.

After Big Sur beta 10 update i am unable to mount my system as read and write. I get this error:

mount_apfs: volume could not be mounted: Permission denied
mount: / failed with 66

 

Before the beta 10 update it was working perfectly. 

SIP is disabled:

aswindevsp@Aswins-MacBook-Pro ~ % csrutil status

System Integrity Protection status: disabled (Apple Internal).
