MSTRKKRFT Posted October 14, 2020 Posted October 14, 2020 Hello! Just bought the Fenvi T919 today, wifi worked out of the box but bluetooth is not working yet (it says "bluetooth is not available" and the little bluetooth icon in the menubar is grey with a sawtooth on it). The usb header is attached on the motherboard, bluetooth is detected but not working. I think this is due to the orico usb bluetooth adapter I had before, a proper DSDT file should do the trick, so here is my actual DSDT.aml and the new send_me file made with Fenvi T919 plugged in and orico usb removed. Thanks for your help, MSTRKKRFT DSDT.aml Send me iMac-Pro.zip MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 // OpenCore 0.6.8 Intel i7-9700K // GIGABYTE Z390-AORUS-Elite // MSI Vega64 8Go // Fenvi T919 // Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) 3200Mhz DDR4 // Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 500Go (system) // Western Digital SN550 NVMe M.2 500Go (data) // Toshiba THNSNS SATA SSD 128Go (cache) // Kingston A400 SATA SSD 240Go (Windows 10 drive) // Western Digital WD1000FYPS SATA HDD 1To (data) x2

MSTRKKRFT Posted October 14, 2020 Author Posted October 14, 2020 Yep thanks, figured out USBPorts.kext was the problem! I fixed it, everything seems to work great now, I guess I don't need a new DSDT file right ? MSTRKKRFT Posted October 15, 2020 Author Posted October 15, 2020 Hi! Thanks for this updated DSDT file :) I had problems when updating clover from r5122 to r5124 (black screen on boot), so I decided to follow your Vanilla Guide for installing OpenCore bootloader. Everything works great except for USB (again...), I can't make a working USBMap.kext or USBPorts.kext, my internal USB2 hub (for bluetooth) is not recognized at all. I used this tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7PNgpg9ojg I mean, when I use USBInjectAll.kext + XhciPortLimit Quirks (in OC) (i've tried with or without xhci unsupported kext, it doesn't make any difference, but I should not need it with my MB) and try to map ports either with USBMap command line or Hackintool I don't see any HS11 showed up (which is the internal USB2 hub on my MB), and in general I have less ports showed in hackintool than when I use USBInjectAll.kext with clover. I'm still using the usb stick to boot in order to not mess with the system, because on the first try installing OC this morning I made a mistake, which lead to error on boot and I wasn't able to load my working clover bootable USB stick, OpenCore was overriding clover kexts injection and so I had to format my system drive and start from scratch (yeah, that was a long day, I have no secondary bootable drive?) I also try to manually activate this HS11 port by adding it manually in Hackintool but no luck... Also, I tried the DSDT.aml file on OpenCore but it's not working, so I'm only using SSDT-OLARILA.aml for now. Could you help me with that ? Here is the send_me file of the system booted with OC usb stick, and the EFI folder from that USB Stick. MSTRKKRFT Posted October 16, 2020 Author Posted October 16, 2020 (edited) Thank you so much!! Everything is working now with a few tweaks, all PCI devices are showed in System Report. I switched to iMac19,1 SMSBios which made full HW decoding working (H24 & H265), used OC sanity checker to change some options in OC and match my system, updated all kexts/drivers to last version and made USBPorts.kext with Hackintool. OC is now my main driver, I installed it on my SSD. Here is the send_me file with this setup ? Tell me if you see anything I should add/remove. Have a great day! MSTRKKRFT Posted October 16, 2020 Author Posted October 16, 2020 (edited) Also I noticed something, a few reboots before I was able to use my BT keyboard in BIOS and in OC boot picker, but it's not the case anymore (I have to plug a USB keyboard if I want to modify bios settings or choose the boot option in OC). I didn't changed anything in BIOS settings. I noticed that the boot screen (with aorus logo) is lasting a lot longer than before as well, it's like nothing happens for a few seconds and then USB ports are activated (I can see it because the leds of the keyboard/mouse are lighting up at this moment), and then it switches to OC boot picker quite fast after USB activation. I also have some latency with the bluetooth keyboard sometimes, switching it on and off solve the problem but it occurs quite often. I tried to remove AirportBcmFixup.kext because I should not need it but it doesn't help with any of the problems. Here is a new send_me file with this kext removed. Send me iMac-de-Romain.zip Edit : I want to add that everything was working with Clover, I had none of these problems with the same kexts used, so I think it's related to OC configuration Edited October 16, 2020 by MSTRKKRFT MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 // OpenCore 0.6.8 Intel i7-9700K // GIGABYTE Z390-AORUS-Elite // MSI Vega64 8Go // Fenvi T919 // Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) 3200Mhz DDR4 // Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 500Go (system) // Western Digital SN550 NVMe M.2 500Go (data) // Toshiba THNSNS SATA SSD 128Go (cache) // Kingston A400 SATA SSD 240Go (Windows 10 drive) // Western Digital WD1000FYPS SATA HDD 1To (data) x2

MSTRKKRFT Posted October 16, 2020 Author Posted October 16, 2020 (edited) Thanks a lot, Im' trying this OC folder right now. I just had to remove USBInjectAll & XHCI Unsupported and replace them with my USBPort.kext in order to get my USB ports working (no bluetooth and USB2.0 ports not working out of the box with your folder). For now the keyboard is working great, will keep you in touch if it lags again. I still don't have bluetooth keyboard support in BIOS / OC boot picker, but I tried to revert to my working Clover config and it didn't make any difference, still no bluetooth, so I really don't know why it was working before and it's not now... Could it be something related to NVRAM ? Here is a send_me file with the OC folder you sent me : Send me iMac-Pro-de-Romain.zip EDIT : After a few minutes working it starts to lag again... ☹️ Edited October 16, 2020 by MSTRKKRFT MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 // OpenCore 0.6.8 Intel i7-9700K // GIGABYTE Z390-AORUS-Elite // MSI Vega64 8Go // Fenvi T919 // Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) 3200Mhz DDR4 // Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 500Go (system) // Western Digital SN550 NVMe M.2 500Go (data) // Toshiba THNSNS SATA SSD 128Go (cache) // Kingston A400 SATA SSD 240Go (Windows 10 drive) // Western Digital WD1000FYPS SATA HDD 1To (data) x2

MSTRKKRFT Posted October 21, 2020 Author Posted October 21, 2020 @MaLd0n Problem solved with the antenna extender! I think my desk was too thick for the bluetooth to pass through.
