oldnapalm Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 Your dsdt.aml in /Extra is probably already edited. You have to use an original dsdt with Auto-Patcher. -Guides and Tutorials HERE -Hackintosh Tutorial Database - HERE -The largest EFI folder collection for Hackintosh HERE -Support Olarila Vanilla Hackintosh by making a donation HERE -Professional Consulting for macOS Hackintosh since 2006 HERE
mac-hacks Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Your dsdt.aml in /Extra is probably already edited. You have to use an original dsdt with Auto-Patcher. i use kakewalk to re-install Lion, & I have P67 mobo, which was not listed for pre-build Extra. . I choose Z68 to use with Kakewalk to Install. It had DSDT in /Kakewalk/USB/Extra. Im guessing that was problem? Im having problems booting with my old DSDT from previous install. i have to use (-x or -f) to boot. I need to delete DSDT i have now, repair permissions, then reboot? RIght? Whats easy way to boot LION if you delete DSDT? Can i remove Kakewalk from USB and install your guys method with out having to reformat USB ?
oldnapalm Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 I don't know about Kakewalk. You just need to remove dsdt.aml from /Extra, reboot and run Auto-Patcher (select "extract from system"). If you can't boot without dsdt.aml in /Extra, run Auto-Patcher in Windows or Linux live CD.

Configure it at Utilities / Java Preferences / Network / Network Settings... Still did not work. Any other ideas as to why it cannot see your server? To access the Java Preferences in OS X --> /Applications/Utilities/Java\ Preferences.app/Contents/MacOS/Java\ Preferences <-- in Terminal Thanks,
