i have some issues fixing sleep on my laptop....sometimes it work sometimes not

Hi, can someone help me with a laptop with this configuration?

Everything works except 3 things:

-When I connect the AC adapter it will be detected after a lot of time and not immediately

-When I close the lid the laptop doesn't sleep

-When I shutdown the system reboots (panic due to iousbhost..) (already tried ssdt-fixshutdown-xhci but issue persists)

Just installed Catalina since had problems with Big Sur even after editing the SMBios, can't even make my Intel HD 4000 runs without igfxvesa cause it duplicates the screen 4 times inside the laptop screen.

Hope this helps fix that...
