    Hello ! Please: The last time I used Opencore , it crashed my BIOS and I was unable to reinstall my BIOS until a friend did it...Perhaps because opencore write something under VRAM...Otherwise , if I try to install BigSur with Clover instead , are you sure that I will not be in troubles ?     very simple : (boot to your USB installer for your beta 4 then: when you are on the first windows : language : click english or other .. then second window : you have , in the menu bar Terminal : click write : csrutil authenticated-root disable..... so you did it : But) you have , I think , two solutions: first is to leave blank your bootarg csr-active-config in your config plist (after doing in the installer terminal : csruitl disable ; csrutil athenticated-root disable) , or write 67080000.... try also 77080000 (which works for me) in textmate: <key>csr-active-config</key> <data>dwgAAA==</data>

    thanks ! but the EFI PREMADE OC for skylake does'nt work for y ASUS G11-cd. i5 7400. KABYLAKE ... I read -Premade EFI USB Installer Series 100/200/300/400-- * You need change Booter Quirks if this folder don't work in your case* So , How can I change Oquirks plist ..; I mean how to do a fresh install on my desktop with kabylake i5/7400 ?     hello ! From the French Riviera ! here my specs : ASUS desktop G11-CD MB. Asus H110M. i5/7400. 8 GB. iGPU intel 630. eGPU NVIDIA 1050 HighSierra ok with clover , never worked with opencore , should I use a previous version ( 0.5.9 or earlier ? ) 1/catalina ok , works with both clover and OC but shows only 8mb for GPU.. ?? witch patch to use the intel 630 ? my display is connected to the NVIDIA 1050 HDMI port... but only shows in "About My Mac" 8 mb Opencore 0.6.1 ok open Catalina 8 mb and BigSur Beta 4 : Graphics : 8 mb What's the way to use my iGPU at his good memory ( 256mb ? ) ??? THANKS ! ( if no way ; I'll go back to High Sierra) 2/Other minus Pb : I can install macOS_11.dmg BUT I can't do a fresh install from a USB stick made by createinstall media...The issue is in the photo joined...     thanks it works ! but , in BS public beta 4 installed OK , with csrutil disabled and authenticated-root disabled , How to mount read-write my S/L/extentions ?? impossible ? I succeeded in mounting to a new volume and then ..copy a kext to S/L/E....ok , but when I try , with hackintool , to rebuild the cache .. impossible Thanks !!!

    Hi! How to access to recovery ? when I clic on the icon Recovery 11 , nothing appears ?? ( Big sur beta 4 is OK , opencore 0.6.1 Ok ) (the access to recovery 10.15 of my Catalina is OK ) So , impossible to SIP completely disabled... I tried everything...I need to do it from recovery 11 , ( disable in terminal from installer doesn't work) What's wrong ?? Spec: ASUS desktop MB H110M. ( iGPU intel 630 eGPU Nvidia 1050 not used ) 8GB i5/7400. SSD internal SATA 250GB Samsung.... Thanks !!

    I resolved this issue after a long work : create my own SSDTs.. and my own USB...may be it's not clean ... Opencore 0.6.1 .If It may help you..... USBPorts.kext.zip config.plist.zip ACPI.zip USBInjectAll.kext.zip

    Hello!! WHo knows how to disable csrutil authenticated-root in BiG Sur beta 4 ?? ( to disable completely SIP in Big Sur beta 4) my spec: bootargs ! csr-..... 67000000 DATA Should I write. FF0F0000. or FF070000 or other value for SIP completely disable ? I did , in the terminal of BS beta 4 installer : csrutil authenticated-root disable I reboot .. and , in terminal : Last login: Tue Aug 18 20:34:19 on console ~ % csrutil authenticated-root status Authenticated Root status: enabled ~ % csrutil status System Integrity Protection status: disabled.     I succeeded to install BigSur beta4 on my internal SSD...Fine with opencore; but know , I try to use CLOVER (because I want to boot also HighSierra to run my NVIDIA1050 )with all the guides OLARILA and others , found on the net ...But nothing works.. : 1/ can I use the ACPI folder from the OPENCORE/ACPI to CLOVER/ACPI? 2/ Can I use the same KEXT folder from OPENCORE to CLOVER ? ?? THANKS !!? There is an existing Guide to transform clover to opencore .. But not from Opencore ( witch is required for Big Sur installation) to Clover , witch is easier for post-installation ! ? Anyone can explain how to do ? THANKS

    impossible d'insatller BS avec clover , seulement avec OPENCORE ; par contre , une fois installée BS , on peut y accéder avec CLOVER....

    Thanks ! I did it , has I said , good install in external SSD but impossible to install it on internal SSD because the Diskutility from the USB installer Big Sur don't show any internal SSD.. Do you know why ?? thanks booting from usb runs well until Diskutility does'nt show any internal SSD , but only external drives!! ????

    Thanks , but at the step : create USB : OK : launch BIgSur installer : OK first window with diskutility/Install.. : OK select Diskutility: No internal SSD shown , only EXTERNAL drives !! that's my problem ! because when I install BS on external , it'OK but when I remove it and put in the internal SATA slot : Bugs !! and impossible resume those issues .. May be the opencore config.plist or opencore drivers are not well configured to recognise internal drives...

    I installed BS from your guide , but I when I boot from USB installer , the first window show diskutility where ONLY external drives are shown ??? Do you know why ?? Thanks
