No matter what version of macOS, changes in BIOS or manipulation of opencore, I see this recurring issue... What is it and how do I fix it.boot hang.zip

I'm looking for the same. Dell Optiplex 5050 SFF, 16Gb mem, 512 NVMe, i7 7700. Please help if you have an EFI that may be compatible. I've tried lots of other options: build my own, the 5T33Z0 on github, other Z270 setups, Opencore Simplify. Nothing has worked as of now.
