Can't boot USB to VirtualBox

Hey I downloaded the .raw file, written it with Win32DiskImager, and also with ImageUSB, now the problem is that i can't see it in VirtualBox can i somehow convert it to ISO or any help so i can boot it in VirtualBox? Thanks
