Hi MaLd0n, I tried to follow the guide to install mojave but I don't reach the setup, it starts to load then black screen .., I think the cause is that I use a hdmi cable, looking around it seems that using the displayport for the setup works well , but at the moment I do not have an adapter or a different video card, I tried both with the default configuration and also removing whatevergreen.kext and enabling ati_inject, orinoco fb and ports 5 but the result is the same.
Is there anything I can do before going to buy a DP to HDMI adapter?
.In the meantime I bought the converter from DisplayPort to HDMI and I was able to complete the osx setup the other ports did not work, so I found around this solution that solves the problem of the ports with the Shapphire RX 580 Nitro + Special Edition
Nitro, using Clover Configurator, open your config.plist and
under Graphics select:
FB Name -> Orinoco
Video Ports -> 5
Inject ATI -> select
Under Kernel and Kext Patches, KextsToPatch create a new entry and input the following:
Name -> AMD9500Controller
Find (HEX) ->
