Você deve estar fazendo algo errado seu arquivo IOREG esta comrrompido.

o arquivo ioreg continua dando erro. abra o app ioregexplorer vá em file/save e escolha o local onde desejar salvar.

É possivel mas vc tem que desplugar esse cabo, me envie sua kext que usa e uma copia do seu ioreg. o ioreg vc tira a copia dela com o app ioregexplorer: http://www.osx86.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=3432

Quando vc fala saida digital vc se refere a qual? vc tem placa de som USB ou usa um cabo optico?

Use esta que vc diz que funciona e olha se funciona o audio HDMI.
