HP dv6760ev Shutdown Issue

Hi.I have successfully installed ML 10.8.3 and everything works ok except the shutdown.The OS is closing but CPU and LEDs still on.How can I fix this problem?Furthermore when I do not use ML for some period the OS is freezing even if I have choose hd and system never shut.
