You could start by attaching your EFI folder, Hackintool codec/audio screenshots, and the relevant boot logs. The sleep/wake behavior with the keyboard, trackpad, and brightness is especially interesting, so IORegistryExplorer output after boot and after closing/opening the lid could also help narrow down the issue.
