  1. Thanks, yes, I used OCPL-Mod to patch my TP-Link USB WiFi adapter following this guide: https://github.com/chris1111/Wireless-USB-Big-Sur-Adapter/blob/master/Usage-macOS-Tahoe.md. The WiFi did work, but it broke hardware/USB functionality, and as a result, my printer wasn't being detected, among other issues (it downloaded the latest KDK which wasn't compatible with mine). Thank you very much, that was the problem and the solution.
  2. I already tried usbmap.kext, change smbios, change aml, and got the same result. All the basics are covered. Please any help...
  3. System specs: HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF Intel i7-8700 (Coffee Lake) Intel UHD630 iGPU SMBIOS: iMac20,1 Bootloader: OpenCore macOS Tahoe (26.0) Kexts: Lilu, VirtualSMC, WhateverGreen, AppleALC, RestrictEvents IntelMausi, NVMeFix, USBPorts (generated with USBMap-master ) BT/WiFi dongle patches (BlueToolFixup, AirportItlwm, etc.) ACPI: SSDT-EC.aml SSDT-USBX.aml The problem: https://ibb.co/nNYzvmZ2 In System Report → Hardware → USB, nothing is listed (only “Other Bus” with AppleIntelCNLUSBXHCI): Other Bus: ID de la ubicación: 0x14000000 Tipo de conexión: Built-in ID del fabricante de PCI: 0x8086 ID del dispositivo PCI: 0xa36d Revisión del dispositivo PCI: 0x0010 Driver: AppleIntelCNLUSBXHCI My USBPorts.kext is present in EFI/OC/Kexts and enabled in config.plist, but it does not appear in kmutil showloaded. In IORegistryExplorer, all devices show up correctly under AppleUSBXHCI Root Hub Simulation. In Hackintool, all USB devices are detected. All USB ports actually work (keyboard, mouse, dongles, storage). Checked: kmutil showloaded | grep -i usb shows AppleUSBXHCI, IOUSBHostFamily and other USB drivers loaded. USBPorts.kext is loaded and mapping is correct. Same hardware worked fine on Sequoia, only Tahoe shows this behavior.
  4. Igpu is ok, the problem was board id check... Solution, in booter/patch: | Apple | Skip Board ID check | 0 | true | 0050006C006100740066006F0072006D0053007500700070006F00720074002E0070006C006900730074 | 0 | | 002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E002E | | 0 | x86_64 |
  5. Hello everyone, I’m currently running macOS Sequoia 15.7 on my HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF using OpenCore. Specs: CPU: Intel Core i7-8700 (Coffee Lake, 6 cores / 12 threads) iGPU: Intel UHD 630 (no dedicated GPU) RAM: 32 GB DDR4 Storage: 2 × NVMe SSDs (1 × Windows 11, 1 × macOS) Motherboard: Intel 300 Series chipset SMBIOS currently: iMac19,12 (working fine) Problem When I try to boot the macOS Tahoe installer, I completely lose display output with my UHD 630 (screen goes black). What I tried Different SMBIOS values (iMac20,1). Various boot-args for UHD 630 (e.g. -igfxvesa, igfxonln=1, agdpmod=pikera, etc.). Tested different AAPL,ig-platform-id values. Tried multiple device properties in config.plist. None of these attempts worked — I always lose display output. Questions Is UHD 630 (8th gen Coffee Lake) simply unsupported in Tahoe at the moment? Is there any known workaround or patch (OCLP or other) to make the installer work with UHD 630? Should I just stay on Sequoia until better support is available? Thanks in advance for any help!
  6. Hello everyone, I’m running macOS Sequoia 15.5 on my HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF using OpenCore. Specs: CPU: Intel Core i7-8700 (Coffee Lake, 6 cores / 12 threads) iGPU: Intel UHD 630 (no dedicated GPU) RAM: 32 GB DDR4 Storage: 2 × NVMe SSDs (1 × Windows 11, 1 × macOS) SMBIOS currently: iMac19,1 (working fine) Problem I want to prepare for macOS Tahoe, so I tried changing SMBIOS to iMac20,1. After reboot, all USB stopped working (no keyboard or mouse detected). What I tried Disabled USBMap.kext and enabled XhciPortLimit + USBInjectAll → didn’t work. Created a UIAC.aml → didn’t work. Remapped my USB ports from Windows, generated a custom kext, disabled XhciPortLimit and USBInjectAll→ still nothing. Tested SMBIOS iMac20,2 → same issue. Considered MacPro7,1 SMBIOS, but didn’t try because of possible iGPU/UHD630 issues. Current status I reverted to my original EFI with iMac19,2, and everything works normally again. Questions - Why does USB completely break with iMac20,x SMBIOS on Coffee Lake? - Is it possible to make iMac20,1 SMBIOS work properly on this hardware, or should I stay on iMac19,1/19,2 and wait for OCLP/Tahoe patches? Thanks in advance for any help!
