after i replace my graphics card, my lion 10.7.4 did't work( it hangs on apple logo). i've a time machine backup than i prefer to start from installer, reinstall os lion and with migration assistant replace everything. The installer is the one that i use a lot of time with a lot of PC's. It worked with gt 8800 and several ATI Cards.... no problem. But now I'm finding issue with my gtx 550 ti. if i put again my 8800 the installer stars.

Hi, i need an advice...... i've to change my motherboard and my grafics card (asus p5e3 deluxe and gt 8800 512 oc). i've to buy a motherboard with this specifications: socket 775, sata 3, ddr3 1333 or above, and full working with lion and ML (sleep, reboot, audio ethernet, etc) the same thing for a graphics card at least 1 gb. any suggestion thanks

It's Possible to create an USB ML installation starting from original InstalESD.dgm ( like lion USB procedure rePlacinG packeges folder )????? Thanks

Update....... The problem rise again...... than..... i removed NVinjectGo.kext installed chamaleon 755 (before was 752).... and now work perfect. I don't know why until tree day ago it worked for 6 month with chamaleon 752 and NVinjectGo.kext!!! Mistery

I solved..... After 10 time to reinstall the system and restore time machine back...... delete and reinstall the next............. the mistery was......... Bho????? Anyway i pulled my ddr memory, take off power, mount my memory and magically my grafics card worked as before °(whit the same kets) i Don't know why!!!

I can't boot with -v because in chamaleon i selected to boot directly..... anyway a find the issue... are kext of my gt 8800. i don't know why because for 6 month until 3 days ago they worked fine. maybe i've to enable my vnidia card following the instruction oF OLDPAM. iìll post my extention folder

My Hackintosh worked perfectly for 6 month (lion 10.7.4) (p5e3 deluxe, q6600 gt 8800 512 oc, ssd agility 3). 3 days ago a found a strange problem... when i sturtup my system it load, but in the end before see my desktop (after apple logo) my monitor seem to go in sleep. I'did.t nothing. any suggestion??? maybe i should get in Touch with "detective sheridan".... Im tring to add ketxt in extra folder one to one.......'

Hi, I've a problem with wake from sleep. My hackintosh (p5e3 deluxe, gt 512 oc, q6600) with 10.7.3 works perfectly. After update to 10.7.4 i have an half wake, pc is on but my monitor is off. Ant. Solution??? Thanks

hi, on my p5e3 deluxe i tied ti use HDEF and AppleHDA patched for my ad1988 (in the bios is selected hda audio), but my audio card doesn.t work( no audio detected). what should i do???( whit voodoohda 2.7.2 works). thanks

Hi oldnapalm, now my pc, thanks to you, works perfectly (dsdt, shutdown, restart, ide drive with jmicron kext and audio with voodoohda2.7.2). Only last question.... i'm using for my audio voodoohda2.7.2. it works perfectly, but i'd like to patch my dsdt in order to use applehda patched for ab1988 audio chipset. i tried it but itb doesen't work. Do i've to patch my dsdt whit hdef patch before???? thanks

I tested speedstep fix for my cpu(q6600) I found 2 fix cpu0-3 and cpu1-4. I teste both( before 0-3 later 0-4), but I can't catch the differenze???? Someone knows??? Thanks

Thank you i solved with option 1 (option one didn't work for me) before i didn't find USB2 because in dsdt editor search i didn't check "case sensitive" and i written "usb2". Anyway thanks for your kindly support!!!

in my dsdt.aml there is no method_prw or usb ( the problem is my usb2) dsdt.aml for p5e3
