Como assim não sobe? Não dá nenhum erro? Aí fica difícil dizer alguma coisa, tem que dar mais detalhes. Sobre o Clover aqui também dá esse erro, eu uso a instalação normal no pen drive, funciona em UEFI, só selecionar os drivers. Para atualizar eu costumo deixar a nova versão funcionando bem no pen drive (copio o config e DSDT da antiga na EFI) depois copio a pasta EFI/CLOVER do pen drive para a EFI.

Sem idéias, deveria funcionar. Os comandos não retornaram nenhum erro? Talvez você tenha digitado algo errado. No boot seguinte use -f para ignorar caches.

Are you booting the installer or have you already installed? It doesn't look like my image, it has -v npci=0x2000 as default boot args, and the picture shows only -f.

Tem que remover do HD, não do pen drive. Seleciona o HD para boot, digita -s e quando chegar no prompt, roda os comandos.

I can't see the image. You don't need to remove AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement, there's a disabler for it in the installer.
