Whenever I try to load into the MacOS High Sierra Installer It loads up for around 3 seconds then it just gives me 2 Lines that say Attempting System Restart...MACH Reboot. I did the exact same Preparation Process on windows with Sonoma and Catalina and those both worked but when I do the exact same process with High Sierra it doesn't get into the Installer. So, I have no clue what is going on. I Attached some pictures too of the Moment when it froze up and gave me that message.

Which One in the Patch Section?

I can't open a single file in that ZIP Folder that I downloaded from their github. There is a .pro file in there but I can't open it. Well it can open but It tries to open in my app called ProPresenter which I use for literally nothing related to hackintosh.

What app should I use or have to download to edit the info on the config.plist file in the EFI folder. Since I have an AMD Processor I need to change that Core Amount thing. You can't use OCC on Windows. I Have a MacBook Pro from 2017 running High Sierra Right now but I don't know if it would be of any help.

Whenever I try to open up the EFI Partition on my USB Drive all it says is I don't currently have permission to access this folder. Then when I try to click continue to get access it just says Access Denied. I've restarted the process 5 times with Different Drives and Different Computers and it still doesn't work. Im so confused. I have used the Drive before in different circumstances with My Roku TV so I could pause and fast forward and with a Wii for Homebrew but thats it. Wii uses FAT32 and Roku uses some sort of unknown file system. But I don't use that file system any more at all.
