Cannot use Keyboard while installing macOS 13

Well, I use the MOD EFI folder but when I try to boot up, the Welcome ( Disk Utility, Install MacOS, etc ) won’t show up, it asks me to pair with keyboard. I do have my keyboard plugged in though. I did tried EFI at no mod link and neither it work.

When I run the installation, it asks for language and check for keyboard. I have my keyboard plugged in but it still ask for Bluetooth keyboard. How can I fix this? Specs Intel Core i3-4130 with iGPU 4GB RAM MSI Motherboard
