I have Lenovo Yoga 7 15ITL5 I downloaded Hackintosh Mac os Ventura on my Laptop with OpenCore , the problem is that it does not show me Internal harad drives, i searched it so much and people said that i must change sata to ahci from bios , but i dont have any such option that can change my sata to ahci .
