Olarila Catalina doesn't show in OpenCore boot menu

I flashed Olarila catalina using etcher and modified the config.plist and when I boot to the OpenCore Boot Picker, all I see is EFI Boot, Reset NVRAM, and some other option. What should I do in order to see Catalina on the boot menu? FIxed
