Not work, i already tried this. If i use mac and restart the computer to use windows, the bios clock reset to 2016 and the hour reset to 00:00

Hello guys, i have monterrey 12.4 installed in a ssd, and windows 10 installed on another ssd. I have a problem, if i use macos and reboot my computer to use windows, the clock bios reset to 0:00, the date reset to 2016 and the windows boot don`t work. So, everey time when this happening, i need to ajust the bios clock manually to windows boot working. Anyone know why this happening? Is not the mobo battery.
