  1. Not sure if this makes a difference, but I connected a second monitor (by HDMI instead of DisplayPort which I used for the main monitor) and it runs at the native resolution (2560x1440). Is it possible that display port is not properly supported? EDIT: If I connect the monitor by primary HDMI, it runs at the native resolution but has quite intense screen flickers the whole time (especially when scrolling). But I never had this problem with my old installation or windows so I doubt it's a hardware problem.
  2. I zipped it because the file was too large for the native upload otherwise (5,4Mb). iMac Pro.zip
  3. I just upgraded my PC and reinstalled a clean MacOS Monterey with the EFI Folder for Alder Lake, the installation worked with a hitch. Unfortunately when I boot it, my system it detects the GPU (it says Radeon RX 570 in the About this Mac section) but the display is set to 1152x870 (the actual resolution is 2560x1440). I tried Windows and the display works perfectly fine there.
  4. First time posting here so not sure if this is the right thread, but I managed to start the macOS 13 installer, reset the disk (APFS) and start the installation process. After the first restart (where the "macOS Update Assistant" starts) I get an error "A required firmware update could not be installed". Could someone help me with this, or maybe point me in the right direction? And if so, what information would you need from me to do so.
