my wireless network and ethernet not working but can i use usb wireless card with 10.8. please recommend any. thanks

After install this kext my system doesn't hang. but when i open safari ,app store ,itune appstore it doesn't open any page and only showing loading . i also open network setting and it show everything like ip address and color is green.

my system hangs up after installing ethernet drivers.

every time i install ethernet drivers it panic . my ethernet card is of realtek
