RestrictEvents has been updated so that it no longer applies that patch by default (https://github.com/acidanthera/RestrictEvents/commit/f76c77506d1253f1b66e0cd29d4e292a441b38f1), does this mean we no longer need it with OpenCore 0.7.4?
