    u can try repair with Disk Warrior but if u have a good and stable system and gain ur money with it, don't update system X to System Y is not a good way

    what happens with sleep? Added in 7 minutes 5 seconds: DSDT.aml.zip put ur GPU in first slot for work in x16, now work in x8
