Hi ... I have a working macOS Big Sur installation ; Almost ... The only thing, that's bugging is that I can only boot to the OS by using the installer USB - Flash Stick . Is there an easy way to make the actual System Drive bootable ? Some HELP here, - T -

Monterey now successfully installed . But my graphics card ; MSI GT 710 2GD3H LP GeForce GT710 2048 Mt DDR3 PCI Express x16 is causing me some headache . Simply put I can’t change the resolution . In add. I can only boot into the OS by using the installer USB - disk . Would it be possible to boot straight from the HDD if I’d copy the EFI - folder from the USB - disk to the HDD . Still in add. How can I easily make a backup of the system ; can I do this with Disk Utility ?

Hi … Anyone know a solution to this dilemma ? Trying to install on a WD Blue 1TB SATA 3 - drive . What do you think would the installation complete, if I’d try it on a M.2 SSD instead ? I’m using a Kingston 128GB USB3 - Flash disk and I have tried USB2 as well as USB3 - ports . MSI Z390 A-Pro - T -
