    Obviously, based on your hardware, 20.1 is the most similar and compatible with a real mac. What is important is that everything works including Apple services ??

    I thought your bios is set in uefi mode no csm or other, if you have windows you could create the EFI partition with diskpart ... who knows ?

    at this point i don't know, maybe trying an nvram reset at boot, or a reset from bios, i think something went wrong in initializing the disk, last resort reinstall

    you don't actually see the EFI partition , what happens if you type: sudo diskutil mount disk1 or: sudo diskutil mount disk1s1 or: sudo diskutil mount disk2

    What do you use ESP Mounter Pro.app ?...strange what it shows if you type in the terminal: sudo diskutil list
