  1. Could you, please, provide the source for the app :) ?
  2. I'm sorry, but I don't understand why this method is any different from classic installation. I see that in the pictures you are also burning the installer to USB. What am I missing?
  3. Many thanks, I'll give it a try via the recovery method. Also, it might be relevant to the issue.. I got this error while installing Catalina: https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/ira3hq/usbinjectall_virtualsmc_kernel_panic_when/
  4. Sorry, I meant a RECOVERY image.. my bad. I know there is a full installer. EDIT: I tried downloading Beta 5, but all links have their download limit reached and the 'copy' trick in the video does not work (I get an error when copying). The torrent does not have good speed, sadly.. Wait..actually, is the DMG the same as the one from Vanilla installation or something? I am confused.
  5. @MaLd0n I really appreciate the reply, but I am not sure I followed it :). Do you mean I should try installing Catalina (since, as far as I know, Big Sur cannot be installed via the recovery method as it is a beta) and updating to Big Sur? Also, what do you mean by a good EFI folder? I made mine myself, but I'll try to redo it. I followed the Dortania guide and will give that one one more go and then maybe try the tutorials in here :).
  6. I get this screen when trying to install Big Sur on my Overpowered 17+ laptop (i7 8750H (UHD 630 iGPU), GTX 1060 dGPU). I was able to access the installer, but this screen appeared when it said there were '12 minutes left'. EFI Folder: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AlMCsESiF58lpjWBVroMJQpdNUuN?e=jygKCW
