Ok I was finally able to figure this out.
sorry to waste your time.
I had vt-d enabled hence the issue,
though in boot I had dart=0 which is still there, I believe that something to do with vt-d.
I also found this post on reddit which I believe helps
Don't use PluginType
Instead, drop the CpuPm and Cpu0Ist SSDT tables
You'll also want to generate an SSDT with Pike's ssdtPRGen.sh for power management
The resulting ssdt.aml can be dropped into the EFI -> CLOVER -> ACPI -> patched folder
Implemented these as well not sure if they made any difference, I think they didnt.
I have also attached the boot.log, if possible can you verify if everything is as it should be?
